About Me

Prathiba Niketha: The concept of this “Prathiba Niketha” School of Performing Arts was formulated many years ago when we sat on panels to sudge all island school completions in music, dance, and drama. On many occasions we saw children take wings and perform brilliantly. Sad to say we have never seen them again on any stage. These talented children did not get the opportunity to study further and enhance their talent. The commitment and dedication put in by the students and teachers ended with the last performance and the awards they received. Perhaps the country lost an artist or two who could have made a spectacular contribution.
